How to Use
Best eaten 12 servings daily.
Ingredients:
1 egg (or egg substitute)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (or butter substitute), at room temperature
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix softened butter and eggs together in a large bowl. Add cookie mix to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
Use rounded tablespoons to scoop dough onto cookie sheets. Gently press the tops of the cookies with a spoon. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
Store baked cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Freeze cookies for up to 3 months.
