Combine softened butter, egg, and water in a large bowl and mix together. Add cookie mix to bowl and mix until fully combined. 2. Using rounded tablespoons, scoop dough onto cookie sheets. Gently press down on tops of cookies with spoon. 3. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes. Store baked cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
