I wrote to you that I only received the bikini top from you and you wrote to me that I will get my money back. Now that I have complained about the money that has not arrived on my credit card I have seen that the money for the bikini top is also missing! I ask you to check your payments once again. I was on holiday and I did not look to see if the money was sent. But now I have checked my E-Banking and I have not found the money for the jacket or the bikini! Absolute rubbish, these do not fit into the sockets of the house. I will be getting in touch with Joom for assistance with these as, they are potentially a fire hazard. Still awaiting reimbursement from Joom, there is no urgency whatsoever with this issue, even though it could be a fire hazard !!! Tried to claim on this but, was informed that I had to pay for the return postage, this was dearer than the ultrasonic units themselves. A waste of time and money.
