Product Description: Matcha Hydrating Facial Toner This refreshing toner with green tea contains a mild toner that soothes the skin. It penetrates deep into the skin to keep it hydrated from the inside out.
How to Use: After washing your face, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or your hands, wipe your face along the skin texture, and pat to absorb. If your skin feels dry and tight, apply this toner 2-3 times. Green tea sediment may form in the product. Shake before use.
