Note:
1. The electrode should be cleaned regularly. When disassembling and cleaning the electrode, you cannot break the oxygen permeable membrane, and you cannot use filter paper to rub the oxygen permeable membrane on the electrode to avoid damaging the oxygen permeable membrane.
2. The cable connector must be kept clean, and must not be exposed to moisture or water.
3. When the displayed value of the instrument differs greatly from the actual value or cannot measure the low content of oxygen, the electrolyte inside the oxygen electrode may dry up and needs to be refilled with electrolyte, generally the maintenance work of replacing or adding electrolyte is carried out once every 6 months; the spare membrane head needs to be replaced when the permeation membrane ruptures. Each time after replacing or adding electrolyte or replacing the spare membrane head, the electrode needs to be repolarized and calibrated. The specific steps are as follows: put the electrode upside down, unscrew the black part of electrode shielding at the lower part of the electrode, remove the membrane head, pour off the old liquid in the cavity, fill in the original electrolyte, do not fill it too full, and let the excess electrolyte drain off. Just screw it tightly and make sure the membrane can stick to the head of the electrode core. After replacing the electrolyte well, the polarization and calibration should be done again.
4. Electrode polarization: After the electrode is connected to the instrument, it will be polarized when it is continuously energized for more than 0.5 hours, and the electrode can be calibrated only after it is polarized.
