The product arrived on time. But is not working ! I tried recording as decribed on the quick start guide. When pressing the record button the green LED does not flash. Nothing is recorded on USB drive. I tried many times using SD card or USB drive. All devices were formatted FAT32 before test. I connected the audio source on LINE IN and an earphone on LINE OUT. This is working, I can hear what is sent by the audio source. It is the recording that is not working. I tried to connect an USB drive with one file of mp3 music on it. The device cannot read it. It does not read an SD card as well. Can you please help me or send another device that works !!
