1. The tripod mount ring adopts the original factory standard, with a redesigned and improved structure, making it compatible with Tamron 50-400mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VXD A067, but not with other lenses.
2. The original simple hand-screw knob has been upgraded to a 180° quick-lock knob. The quick-lock device is made of stainless steel and rotates 180° to lock or release, then pulls the knob to unlock. The tripod ring's connecting shaft has been changed from hollow to solid, the ring body has been thickened, and a PVC film has been applied to the inner wall to protect the lens.
3. The bottom of the lens bracket collar now features a 70mm long Arca Fit quick release plate, which can be directly used with 39mm Arca Swiss Fit tripod ball heads, panoramic heads, and clamps, making it more practical than lens support collars without dovetails.
4. The bottom of the lens support collar has 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch screw holes and a stainless steel anti-slip screw for directly fixing the lens to a tripod.
5. The tripod socket can be combined with the clamp mount converter IS-3950PRO (sold separately) which can be used for Manfrotto structured heads.
