【Voltage Compatibility】
When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.

How do I know if I need to replace the metal shaft of my toothbrush? The metal shaft (vibrating tip) is covered with a rubber seal. In most cases, if this part easily comes off the base, if you feel bad vibrations when brushing, or if the brush head seems loose and doesn't rotate well, the metal shaft connector block may need to be replaced.
We provide instructions/installation tutorial videos, so you don't have to worry about installation. Search for the username "Million Magnets" on YouTube and you will see all related tutorial videos.
If you are not sure whether this vibrating tip is compatible with your toothbrush, please contact us before placing your order.
Our Promise: We provide a 3-month after-sale warranty, and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help and advise you on repairs.
Compatible models:
Rubber seals, metal shafts with sensor wires, and motors with sensor wires are compatible with all Smart series models. 1. For the upgraded rubber seal, this design is universal and it fits all types of smart or regular toothbrushes. However, your regular series metal shaft tip is not a non-applicable type design as above. Please see the photo above or contact us to double check. 2. If you have a smart model, the sensor wire on the metal shaft or motor will work as usual, but if you have a regular model, this replacement part should only work as the sensor function of the regular replacement part, the sensing wire must be connected to the motherboard, and the built-in microchip will make the smart toothbrush detect, pair, and sync with the smart toothbrush head. If you have any questions, please check with us before purchasing.
The HX number is located on the bottom of the toothbrush handle. For example, the HX7500 series includes HX7510, HX751v, etc. If the handle shows the number as HX751v, they are all HX7500 series, and the two digits or letters after HX75 only indicate the exact model, handle color or that this is sold as a package. If you are unsure about whether this spare part is compatible with your toothbrush, please check with us before ordering.
