Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why does the back of my elbow hurt when I straighten it while playing tennis? (Male, 30s, Tennis)
A: Since you're experiencing pain on the outside of your elbow while playing tennis, it's possible that you have what's known as "backhand tennis elbow." Backhand tennis elbow is often caused by movement or impact transmitted through the wrist, so we recommend using an elbow band or wristband to reduce strain. Stretching and training, along with icing, are also effective as preventative measures.
For elbow problems in golf, tennis, and other sports: The pad's compression reduces strain on the affected area.
Reducing strain on the elbow: The strap and elbow pad provide compression to reduce strain on the elbow. The adjustable pad position allows for use on both the inside and outside of the elbow.
Highly comfortable and stays in place: The main body, which comes into contact with the skin, is made of a thin material that is highly absorbent, quick-drying, and dissipates heat. The loops are connected with elastic, allowing it to fit the shape of your arm and the contractions that occur during exercise.
Easy to put on and adjust The design of the device makes it easy to adjust the position by passing your hand through it, and the Velcro fasteners make it easy to adjust the pressure and put on and take off with one hand.
Tips for wearing the elbow band The elbow pad should be placed 4-5cm below the area of pain (closer to the wrist).
