◆Front: Spherical Glass
The glass has a spherical surface.
◆Quick Start Function
Simply flip the switch on the back to display Japan Standard Time, which was pre-set at the factory.

◆Green Purchasing Law Compliant Product
As of April 2010, wall clocks have been included in the Green Purchasing Law's product list. (The criteria for evaluation are that they meet one of the following requirements.)
*As of April 2011, the evaluation criteria were revised to 1 through 3 below.
1. The clock must be powered by solar cells or a small rechargeable battery (secondary battery) and operate without a primary battery.
2. If solar cells or a primary battery are used, the primary battery must last for more than five years under normal use.
3. If using only a primary battery, the battery must last for more than five years.
◆Standard Radio Wave Clock
This clock receives radio waves containing accurate time information and automatically adjusts the displayed time.
When in use,
place the clock near a window where it can receive radio waves most easily,
and avoid locations where radio noise is generated.
●When not receiving radio waves, the clock operates with the accuracy of a quartz movement.
●Please note that accurate reception may be impaired in the following locations:
Inside a building, between buildings, or underground.
- Near high-voltage power lines, TV towers, or train overhead wires.
- Near home appliances or office equipment such as televisions, refrigerators, air conditioners, air purifiers, computers, or fax machines.
- Locations where radio interference occurs, such as construction sites, near airports, or areas with heavy traffic.
- Inside vehicles (cars, trains, airplanes, etc.)
- Near other sources of radio noise.
- On or near metal furniture such as steel desks.
*Reception may be possible outside of reception areas under certain conditions.
