The Kask Super Plasma PL is a beautifully designed, lightweight, high-quality climbing helmet that is EN12492 certified for work at height. The high-density outer shell is rated to withstand impacts up to 10kN, and the helmet is well ventilated thanks to 10 vents covered with aluminium mesh (total vent area 4cm²). The polystyrene inner shell also has ventilation holes to allow air to circulate, and the inner padding is made of breathable fabric, specially prepared to prevent the development of bacteria and bad odors. The padding is removable and washable at 30°C. The quick size adjustment mechanism at the rear of the helmet is very easy to use. The exterior of the helmet has clips for attaching all commercially available headlamps. The helmet headband is made of soft nylon. It is easy to open and close with a quick-release fastener at the chin, and the strap length can be adjusted with fasteners on both sides. The chin strap has a retention force of more than 50 kg to reduce the risk of the helmet being torn off the head in the event of a fall. The helmet has a service life of 10 years.
