Product Introduction
The included Blue Elephant Green Curry Paste is made by grinding and blending chili peppers, garlic, lemongrass, and galangal together. This paste is flavored with fresh green chili peppers, making it the spiciest of all our other pastes. The green color of the sauce comes from the chili peppers. This green curry paste is made exclusively with Thai spices and fresh ingredients, and the recipe was created by Master Chef Noorou Somanee Steppe, founder of Blue Elephant. This green curry is a signature dish at Blue Elephant Restaurant.
