Product Introduction
This authentic broth for bukkake udon noodles is made with a combination of dried sardines and bonito flakes, and Shodoshima-produced brewed soy sauce.
Directions for Use:
1. Rinse the boiled udon noodles in water, drain well, and place in a bowl.
2. Top with your favorite toppings, such as grated daikon radish, tempura scraps, chopped green onions, and bonito flakes.
3. Pour approximately 80ml of this product over each serving, mix well, and enjoy.
*If using with hot udon noodles, transfer the product to a pot or similar and warm it slightly before using.
