How to use: Remove the tray from the box. Peel back the top film by 0.5 inches, remove, and microwave for 20 seconds. Carefully remove and discard the film. Mix contents well and check the temperature before feeding to baby. Cover and refrigerate after opening. Use within 1 day. Note: Cooking times may vary depending on your microwave. Do not reheat in the oven.
