This four-piece set includes a coarse whetstone for major repairs such as chipping, a medium whetstone for daily maintenance, a surface-straightening whetstone for smoothing the whetstone, and a clip to stabilize the blade and support sharpening. The whetstone measures 175 x 55 x 16 mm, slightly more compact than professional whetstones and perfectly sized for home knives. It comes with a stand, eliminating the need for a separate stand.

Can be used with a wide variety of knives. Suitable for a wide range of blades, including stainless steel and steel knives, scissors, and other knives. *Not for use with ceramic knives.

1) Soak the whetstone in water for approximately 10 minutes to allow the water to penetrate thoroughly. 2) Sharpen both sides of the knife at an angle of approximately 15 degrees to the surface of the whetstone. By using the included sharpening support clip, you can easily fix the angle of the blade.

For daily maintenance, using only 1000-grit whetstones is sufficient, but if the knife has chips or rust and requires major repairs, you can quickly sharpen it by using 220-grit whetstones first. 3) After sharpening, wipe off any dirt on the knife blade with a cloth. 4) The surface of the whetstone wears down with each use, making it less flat. Use a straight whetstone to smooth it out. 5) After use, rinse the whetstone with water and dry in the shade until completely dry.
