[USED] Sword Catalogs: Takahashi Jihei's Posthumous Works Exhibition Catalog, Shinshu Famous Swords Exhibition, 2004 New Swords Exhibition Catalog

Three sword exhibition catalogues. "Collection of Posthumous Works of Takahashi Jihei, Holder of Nagano Prefecture Intangible Cultural Property" is the catalogue of an exhibition held at the Sakaki Town Iron Exhibition Hall in Sakaki Town, Nagano Prefecture from June to August 2006. Takahashi Jihei was the first disciple of Miyairi Shohei, a living national treasure of Nagano Prefecture, and in his later years he even substituted for his master. After Shohei's death, he became the leading figure in the sword world of Nagano Prefecture. In 1990, he was recognized as a holder of Nagano Prefecture Intangible Cultural Property. He passed away in August 1996 at the age of 69. This catalogue is the catalogue of an exhibition held at the Sakaki Town Iron Exhibition Hall in 2006 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of his death. "Shinshu Famous Swords - Nagano Prefectural Treasure Exhibition" is the catalogue of an exhibition held at the Sakaki Town Iron Exhibition Hall from September to November 2004, which displayed famous swords designated as Nagano Prefectural Treasures. It is a very valuable resource, featuring famous swords representing Shinshu, such as Yoshimitsu's short swords, as well as Yamaura Kiyomaro, Masao, and Kanetora's famous Yamaura swords. "New Sword Exhibition Collection of Prize-winning Works" is the catalogue of the exhibition held in 2004 by the Japan Art Sword Preservation Association. All three books are in good condition.
