I have never had a problem with the store but one of the photocards came damaged 😡, the shipment should have arrived on August 13/14 but it arrived today the 25th, the customer service was terrible, they didn't inform me of anything, I had to write several times to joom and to shipter which is the company that does the shipping, they had an incident and I only found out because I wrote to them, the service was terrible. For everything else everything is fine...except the Namjoom photocard
