How to Use: Apply an appropriate amount evenly to face, neck, and other areas exposed to UV rays. Apply thoroughly 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply at least once every 2 hours. How to Protect Yourself from UV Rays: Prolonged exposure to sunlight increases the risk of early skin aging. To protect against UV rays, apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher regularly. Other ways to protect yourself from UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, and wear a hat and sunglasses.
