How to Use: Get a Whiter, Brighter Smile in 3 Easy Steps 1. Prepare: Brush your teeth and rinse your mouth with water. 2. Whitening & Rinsing: Squeeze a thin continuous line of Plus White Speed Whitening gel onto both sides of the mouth tray and carefully insert into your mouth. Place the mouth tray on your teeth and bite very lightly. For best results, very light pressure is sufficient. Leave on for 5 minutes for regular whitening. Leave on for 15-20 minutes for severely stained or yellowed teeth. After the desired time has elapsed, remove the mouth tray and rinse your mouth several times with cold water, thoroughly washing away any remaining gel from your mouth and gums. Do not swallow the gel. Rinse the mouth tray thoroughly with lukewarm water and air dry. Wash your hands with soap and water after whitening. Important: Do not use for more than 14 days. 3. StainGuard Whitening Stain Protector After Whitening: Place a cup (about 1 teaspoon) of Plus White StainGuard Rinse in your mouth, gargle for 15-20 seconds, then rinse. Show off your whiter smile!
