How to Use: Mix 1 generous scoop with 6-12 oz of cold water or your favorite beverage daily. It is best to mix the beverage in a blender-type bottle, shaker cup, or electric blender first. Then add the powder. You can also mix the whey protein isolate with a spoon if needed. Note: 1 generous scoop is 40g on average. Depending on how you scoop it, one scoop may be slightly less or more than 40g.
