How to Use
Adults and children 12 years and older: Best taken 1 serving daily, before or between meals.
Mix 1 tablespoon with at least 10 oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Stir and consume immediately. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. It is recommended to drink another glass of water afterwards to rehydrate.
Caution
This product should be taken with at least one glass of liquid. Taking the product without sufficient liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. Consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, planning a medical procedure, or have a medical condition. Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
