Suggested Use

Swallow 1 capsule at a time. Drink plenty of fluids. If mild gas or bloating occurs, reduce the dose until your body adjusts. For best results, take daily.
If you are taking other medications, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Take this product at least 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
