The hub and guide wheels of the hardware repair kit come with springs that prevent sliding jams. Detailed Installation Steps: Step 1 - Option 1: If the hub door is on the left, the top hub is inserted into the pre-drilled hole on the top left of the door panel.

Option 2: If the hub door is on the right, the top hub is inserted into the pre-drilled hole on the right side of the top of the door panel.

Note: We offer metal and plastic top hubs, metal hubs are recommended. If the pre-drilled holes are a bit small, you can choose the plastic top hub.

Step 2 - Insert the guide wheel into the other hole pre-drilled at the top of the guide door.

Step 3 - Insert the bottom hub into the pre-drilled hole on the same side of the bottom edge as the top hub.

Step 4 - Measure the position of the bottom bracket so that it corresponds with the drilled hole where the top hub be installed. Screw the bottom bracket to the corresponding jamb and floor.

Step 5 - Adjust the height of the door by lifting the door panel and turning the threaded rod of the bottom hub. Insert the bottom and top hubs into the bottom and top brackets respectively.

Step 6 - Adjust the top bracket inside the track into place and secure it with the screws on the top bracket.
