Rayhong 271 Threadlocker is an industrial-grade, high-strength thread fixing solution designed for bolts, nuts and other metal fasteners in mechanical vibration environments. Adopting modified acrylate formula, it realizes permanent locking between metal threads through chemical reaction, and can withstand destructive torque of more than 50Nm, completely solving the problem of loosening and falling off caused by long-term operation of equipment, and it is a professional choice in the fields of machinery manufacturing, automotive maintenance and aerospace.

Core Technology 1. Triple reaction formula Acrylate monomer: penetrate the thread gap to form polymer. Auxiliary accelerator: accelerates the activation reaction on the metal surface. Anaerobic initiator: triggers curing in an oxygen-free environment. 2. Operating Instructions Surface preparation: Oil removal with Rathong 747 cleaner (critical step) Dispensing process: Small threads (below M6): 1-2 drops to the end of the bolt Large threads (M6 and above): apply to the full face of the external threads. Assembly fastening: tighten according to standard torque Curing management: Light load after 20 minutes Full load after 24 hours
