``Bingo Bears'' by Learning Resources, a company loved in over 100 countries around the world, is an educational toy that can be played by children as young as 3 years old, and allows children to learn about numbers, colors, and sizes while having fun playing with colorful bears.
[How to play] Choose 8 of your favorite tiles from the 32 double-sided tiles and set them on the Bingo Bear board. When you spin the roulette wheel and match the pattern the needle points on, you will place a bear chip. The first player to place three bare chips in one direction (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally) wins.
[There are two types of bingo games] ``Bingo Bears by Numbers!'' where you play with numbers from 1 to 6 using number tiles, and ``Bingo Bears by Colors and Sizes!'' which you play with 6 bear colors such as red and blue and 3 bear sizes (large, medium, and small). For small children, you may want to play ``Bingo with only colors'' and ``Bingo with only sizes'' and then try ``Bingo with colors and sizes.''
Let your children know how fun it is to play according to the rules, such as collecting a set number of bare chips, waiting your turn, and watching your opponent spin the roulette wheel. In addition to bingo games, there are various ways to play as your child grows, such as playing with numbers using bear chips as counters, or matching games where you find bear chips of the same color and size as the bear illustrations drawn on the tiles.
