• CAUTION:
- Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2,000 IU)/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement.
- Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor.
- Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels.
- Supplemental zinc can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper.
- If more than 50 mg of supplemental zinc is to be taken daily for more than four weeks, 2 mg of supplemental copper should also be taken to reduce the risk of copper deficiency.
DIRECTIONS:
• Take one (1) packet daily with food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
• To ensure product consistency, store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
Other Ingredients:
• Vitamin C and Bio-Quercetin Phytosome: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glycerin).
• Vitamin D3 125 mcg (5000 IU): extra virgin olive oil, gelatin, medium chain triglycerides, glycerin, purified water, rosemary extract.
• Zinc Caps 50 mg: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica.
• FLORASSIST® Immune & Nasal Defense: vegetable cellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, silica, stearic acid.
