For summer shoes, to put under the bed later. It's just a cover with a cellophane-like lid. Instead of cells for shoes, there are sewn-on dividing ribbons. Why didn't they just sew on ropes😱Or even simpler, just draw the cells on the cover itself🤣🤣🤣in short FOR IDIOTS. It doesn't correspond to the picture at all🤷‍♀️
