Cotton. The shirt is just right. I would like it to be bigger, but they don't make other sizes. I thought the buttons were different, but they were just sewn on the wrong side. This can be fixed. Thank you.

It fit well on size 48-50. After washing, nothing changed, the size remained the same.. It feels nice to the touch, although it's not cotton. Thank you to the seller.
