How to use:
Step 1. What you need: 1 litre of water, 160gr sugar, 10gr jelly powder.
Step 2. Mix jelly powder and sugar.
Step 3. Pour it into the water, stir well.
Step 4. Cook it with medium heat until everything dissolves completely.
Step 5. Take out bubbles while cooking.
Step 6. Pour the hot jelly into base mound and let it set firmly.
Step 7. Leave a little bit of hot jelly for Step 4 and keep it in a bain-marie.
If you want Dark transparent base, using the black chocolate powder.
If you want Green transparent base, using Pandan juice.
If you want White transparent base, using Coconut juice.
