I am very sad, the delivery was fast, but it arrived in bad condition, perhaps it was the shipping company but I still think it was not well packaged, the little bubble wrap it had did not have bubbles, they have offered me a 15% refund as a second option and I will have to keep the album in these conditions. Do not trust the refund policies, I offered to send the product and have them send me one in good condition and nothing. The Joom team only gave me ONE option and if not to talk to the seller by email and after making me wait more than 20 days for an answer having only 30 days to request a refund, it's normal that I threw in the towel with them. Very sad because I was really excited about the album and although the content has almost no defects, the box is part of the experience. You have to package them better not just with a bag and a little bubble wrap.
