Please refer to the installation diagram in the 4th photo for proper installation. When attaching the latch to the cooler, turn the latch upside down with the bottom side facing outward. Next, secure the latch using the two screws (make sure the screw heads are not visible, as when properly installed and the latch is closed, the latch will collapse to hide the screws).
